Privacy policy

a) Personal information voluntarily provided by you when completing the registration form in the preparation of requests for information regarding the company's products, services, promotions, marketing, events and promotional activities will be processed, even by information technology and telematic means on databases, for the following purposes:

Pursuant to the same article, the data subject has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data that concern him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection or for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or sales communication.

Personal data may be transferred abroad, outside the European Union, within the limits of Article 44 letter b) of (Italian) Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

In this regard, note that SKT Swiss Kopter Technology SA can operate solely with subjects that have subscribed to the "Safe Harbour Principles concerning confidentiality" (safe harbour agreement).
